Phone training starts when the purchase agreements are finalized, and after that we offer in-store follow up training while the store is being completed. Or you can take a trip to our corporate headquarters in Las Vegas for three days of hands-on training with final coaching at your own store.

The Contact, Training & Support Doesn’t Stop When Your Store Opens
When your store opens, a New Store Supervisor is assigned to guide you through those critical first months. They will be in constant communication with the store owner for, at a minimum, the first 60 days of operations. The New Store Supervisor reviews key elements of the business to make sure owners understand all aspects of store operations and have proper cost controls in place. They help owners place and review orders, review staffing requirements, evaluate inventory levels, and help the owner to control overall costs and confirm that they have a successful product line. DRSS support is always available. Our staff of customer service professionals is here to answer any question or help with any problem, no matter how many days or years a store has been in business. If a client has an issue, we intend to fix it. There is no fee for on-going support.
We offer to perform a formal review after the first 30 days of business. We understand that new store owners have varied experience, so our senior management offers to review key elements of the business; daily sales records, advertising history, payroll information, and Profit and Loss statements. We perform this review to ensure our clients understand their business and are heading in the right direction.
